Students and participants who have received their PhDs within the past three years are invited to ask for student support. Please follow the process to apply for student support.

These are important dates related to student support.

Start Date of Receiving Applications	10 Feb 2022
End Date of Receiving Applications	15 Mar 2022
Date of Announcement of selected applicants	20 Apr 2022
End Date of Early Registration Confirmation should be done until this date	30 Apr 2022

For Students

Applying Student Support

1. Fill out the registration form for SQM 2022
2. At the “Student Support” section placed at the end of the form, select “yes” for “I will apply for student support.”.
3. Upload your CV and Cover Letter in Google form in the link below. Link to Student Support Form
   • The CV should contain…
     • Who you are
     • Your current affiliation
     • Current status and last status of your curriculum
       • If you’re Ph.D., the year when you get the Ph.D. degree.
   • The Cover letter should contain
     • Your research activity
     • Expectation to SQM2022 conference
4. Ask your supervisor to send the reference letter to SQM 2022 Local Organizing Committee.

After The Announcement

1. After the announcement, all applicants should submit a registration form with the proper fee option.
2. SQM 2022 LOC will approve your registration.
3. The payment will become available after approval.

For Supervisor

1. Send the reference letter to sqm2022-student@hipex.phys.pusan.ac.kr
2. The title of the e-mail should contain “SQM2022 Student Support Reference Letter” and [applicant’s name].
   For Example, “SQM2022 Student Support Reference Letter, Jane Doe”
3. The reference letter should contain
   • Your name
   • Your affiliation
